great thread. I've done the Mindspot Wellbeing course and found it really helpful, especially as you receive phone counselling as well.

Thanks for the really cool list. I like this resource. By the way, I soon began to practice memory training using music and memorizing the words of compositions. This is really very cool and helps a lot. By the way, I advise you to read the book for memory upgrading The Sense of an Ending by Julian Barnes . And I advise you to go to concerts.
