is there a app or something I can download as I’m finding the website I’m using a little hard to navigate as I’m not the greatest with tech stuff?

Unfortunately, we don't have an app - YET. 

Stay tuned as we may have one in the future. The best way is to click on your new notifications, either through your email or through the word "NEW" here on the site. It'll take you to all the posts where you have been tagged.
