@Rhye Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's reassuring to know that there is support out there. I'm so pleased that your sibling has managed to live an amazing fulfilling life. Something I truly wish for my brother. I know that he has to be willing to do the work as well so that he can learn to recognise triggers and how to manage them. I realise that he needs to accept that this may be his new normal and get to the point where he feels safe and willing to get professional help. And until then all we can do is support him and make him feel loved and safe. Thank you so much.
