There's a lot on your plate @Shaz51. I really don't blame you for feeling so lost. It's probably good to pause and think about what you need right now.

Whenever I feel overwhelmed and have a lot on my mind I like to use the 'right now' strategy. I will repeatedly say to myself 'right now I am drinking tea' or 'write now i'm watching this show'.

What are you doing this evening?--- sitting in bed with my laptop @Sphinxly  feeling a bit arrrggggg

but will make a cuppa soon for my frail mum and me and hopefully have some sleep xoxo

mr shaz is nearly ready for bed and not going to answer any more of his questions -- not tonight xxx

@Shaz51 You are being pulled in different directions by everyone and having no time to actually think yourself - that is sooo hard. Having pressure placed upon you is not what you need my sister  Sitting with you
