Can you play music @Snowie ?
That splits my attention when things are too full on and I need a rest.

@Snowie sounds like a good idea to considered changing psychs for a face-to-face one too, especially when it does make a difference. the idea of switching can be hard when you're already comfy with your current psych though, i hear you.
it definitely sounds like you have a jam-packed week, you absolutely need your 'me' time. got my fingers crossed that you can squeeze some down time after mum's gp appt?
hope it goes okay 💙

I can't think about the psych at the moment @rav3nToo much on my mind. I don't know if it's the telehealth or the fact she has been away that is affecting me. Maybe it's both.
I had to take mum up the shop's after her gp appt. At least we got the forms filled out for her respite. I am hoping everything is done for that now. Just waiting on a confirmation email.
Tea is in the slow cooker. One thing done.
I think I got about 3 hrs sleep last night. I just want to block everything out of my head. I know how, I'm just not meant to.
