Something’s not right

@Smile82. Your not being selfish your being realistic. I am facing exactly the same with my husband of 15 yrs. Paranoid delusional unmedicated not even trying anymore to contain his life. I'm am on the brink and have been for a least 3 yrs. I'm numb. My wish for you I and many others that we find some help for ourselves we can't wear their illness like a cloak sucking the life from us forever.
Listen to your instincts. I'm trying to as well.
