Good morning. I am well this morning. Only got well after talking to a friend on the phone 6pm. I was so mentally ill all afternoon. Had gone out with a friend in the morning.  @pjc1965

I’m so glad that talking to your friend helped you to feel better. Sometimes some of us just want to be alone , but very often even a short connection with another human can help our outlook. I hope things go well for you.
