Often we think about our failures, what we haven't done, that we messed it up, we didn't even try, etc. A lot of negative self talk. It leaves us feeling pretty shitty.
But here is place we can talk about our achievements. Focus on what we have done, the ways we have overcome, how we gave something a go.
It doesn't matter how big all small the wins are, we should celebrate it. This space is to celebrate with each other as we note our achievements, our victories, even the little wins that don't seem like much.
You did it! You did. You are amazing and you are worth celebrating! No matter how insignificant it may seem, it's an achievement and worth throwing a party over. Go you! You got this. 🥳🥳🥳🥳

I made this coz i am soooo proud of myself today. I have my first soccer game.
Background: 2019 I did something I thought i wouldn't come back from and ended up with a major physical disability, they told me I would never walk again. Well I have been working so hard on my physical recovery and my physio said go for it. I joined an all-abilities team and have been doing training with them the last 4 weeks. Today is the launch of the season. I'm so excited but also really nervous. Coach said I'm doing well and put me straight in div 3 (eek)
I joined the club to get fit and meet new people, I loved sport at school and like to push myself to try new things. It's been overwhelming and extremely hard. I have had to learn to move my body in ways it hasn't for a very long time. It's so hard and painful. But I'm doing it. I'm smashing goals and I can't wait to get on the pitch and kick a goal 🙂

@Appleblossom thank you. It's been a massive journey to get here.
@Till23 i played defender during the match. I have been so sore today its hard to move, but I had fun, that's the main thing. It was really hard playing, but I was on the field the whole match, which I'm proud of. I didn't think I would last that long. I'm so unfit and can barely run due to my physical issues but I'm trying, that's the main thing.

I think it’s great @The-red-centaur
I did a pretty big sport thing on weekend.
Getting out of a chair is not easy today 😂
Staying on for whole match in your first game is a huge achievement
Your fitness and skills will increase with training and matches. Well done - giving it a go and having fun is great
