I wonder if having a peer worker will be helpful for you @Eve7 . I don't know where you can find one though.

I had a peer worker from the hospital, and it was great. I stayed with here for months after. It was really helpful in my recovery. I sort of think I'm here today, because of the peer support I received from her.

Today, I've been to the physio and then for a swim before going to the supermarket and now I'm about to do some Uni work. At least I've stayed busy.
