Just a sporting event @Snowie Mum was pleased to see me and we’ve caught up on each others news. I was able to show her some Facebook photos too so that made her happy. Mum showed me a newspaper cutting about her grandfather’s coach business which was very interesting. It said he had a very modern covered coach and only stayed at the best hotels with the finest wines and good stables.

Her grandfathers coach business sounds interesting. I have some newspaper clippings about my grandmother when she was young. Have laminated them so they don't get ruined.

It was good seeing Mum @Snowie and when I said I’d be back next month her response was “why so long”?

The sporting event went well and we scored some bling so pleased with that.”

Today I am laid up with a knee that I think is past its used by date. I can only move around on crutches so not happy 😩

• We had a treat at training tonight with the visit of an Olympic gold medallist!!

The visit went great @rav3n . I know them pretty well so I let them give some tips to my squad who were all suitably impressed plus we got some photos with everyone.
