Hey @StuF just gave myself a neti pot treatment which I have not done in a while. Am about to go for a walk soon and make a cup of tea. May squeeze in yoga this afternoon but got health audios out of the way. Its a nice sunny day here in Melbourne with crispness in the air. I may go and sit in the garden today with my sun hat on. Woke up early so decided to bake some bread this morning as I could not get back to sleep
