Privacy exposed in emails

Hi, this is the first discussion I have sort of made. I don't know where to post it. So hoping this is right. I normally just post in the worry room and it helps me by doing just that.

Other people maybe staff send me emails to check up on me. That is kind of them and all to check if I am safe etc. But I don't want to receive any kind of emails from Sane as they may be read from by someone else. Thus they will find out I am using Sane and I will no longer be private.

I worked out how to turn off receiving notifications through email. Is there any way I can stop receiving these "checking up on me ones".? Even though it is kind of the people that send them, I really don't want them sent to my email.

Can someone advise?

Thankyou
