Help Link

Hi CB,

Just found another minor issue - the Help link page address (top right of screen) in the Lived Experience Forum < http://saneforums.org/t5/help/faqpage > is the same page address as the Carers Forum < http://saneforums.org/t5/help/faqpage >

Navigation: Forums>Lived Experience Forum>Help

The paragraph titled "Who is the forum for and what is its purpose?" then states - "

  • "The Carers Forum is for all Australian adults (18 years and over) - families, friends and others - who are caring in some way for a person with mental illness."

The (>arrowed) links in the blue highlighted sub-menu (just below 'Help') are also inactive.

Regards, Jake

Re: Help Link

Hi Jake,

I'm jotting down on my 'to do' list, and letting I.T. know.

Thanks for all your help ironing out the bugs on the forums.  Smiley Happy

Re: Help Link

Hi CB,

Don't wish to sound too critical here, IT have done a good job, just letting you know that the 'Help' link still takes readers from the Lived Experience Forum, to this page:

http://saneforums.org/t5/help/faqpage

which could be a bit ambiguous (now we are 'live') for new 'Lived Experience' posters as it reads:

  • "The Carers Forum is for all Australian adults (18 years and over) - families, friends and others - who are caring in some way for a person with mental illness".

Regards, Jake

Re: Help Link

Heya Jake,

It's definitely on the (long) list of things to be worked on. Everything is happening in order of priority at the moment 🙂
